Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that could prevent you from attending or completing the course you have enrolled in. Therefore, we have designed our cancellation and refund policy to ensure that our learners can make informed decisions and receive a fair treatment in case of cancellations and refunds.

Refund Policy: If you cancel your enrollment in an online course within seven (7) days of the course start date, we will provide you with a full refund of the course fee. However, if you cancel your enrollment after seven (7) days of the course start date, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Exceptions to Refund Policy: In certain circumstances, we may consider providing a refund to learners who have cancelled their enrollment after seven (7) days of the course start date. These circumstances may include:

  1. Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content
  2. Medical emergencies or other unforeseeable circumstances that prevent you from completing the course
  3. Unsatisfactory course quality or learning experience

If you believe that any of these circumstances apply to you, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess your request for a refund.

Note: The refund will be provided via the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund will be processed within 15 business days of the date on which we receive your cancellation request.

We reserve the right to modify or amend our cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes to our policy will be communicated to our learners in advance.
